About Us

Millian-Aire Enterprises Corp. has been a family owned and operated business in the Tampa Bay area since 1987. Currently, three generations of the Millian family work for the company, including its President, Vice-President, Secretary and lead service Technician. Mike and Faye Millian have been in the air conditioning and refrigeration business for over 35 years. In 1986 they sold their air conditioning business in New York and relocated to Oldsmar, Florida in order to assist their son, Howard, with his air conditioning and refrigeration business. Both Mike and Howard hold Florida State certified air conditioning licenses.

Since 1987, we have undergone enormous growth and change. Since Millian-Aire's inception, we have grown from 1 service truck to35 trucks. After several years Howard's wife, Susan, joined the family in the operation of the company. Millian-Aire has grown for 1 employee to over 60 and operates in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. Our commercial business operates in all five states, whereas, the residential division of Millian-Aire concentrates mainly in the greater Tampa Bay area, including but not limited to Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando, Citrus and Pinellas counties.

Millian-Aire has built a strong service oriented company using only school and field trained and tested technicians. Our philosophy is and will continue to be that the most important people are the customers.
