We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express for immediate shipment, upon approval, in the United States. Money Orders and Certified Checks are accepted and the products will ship upon receipt. First time International Orders require payment by direct wire transfer to our bank and are charged an additional $30.00 to cover bank and conversion fees. All international orders must be made via phone or e-mail, no international orders can be made through our website.

Because of fraud risk in some countries, only a direct wire transfer to our bank is accepted.
Delivery time for full units in the USA is 7-10 days. International delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
By purchasing air conditioning equipment from airconditioner-parts.com you are acting as your own contractor and as such, will need to receive and inspect the equipment personally. Open all boxes on arrival to inspect for shipping damage.
If there is shipping damage to the equipment these options are available:
In the case of cosmetic damage; Note damage on the shipping invoice and ask for a damage claim.
During shipment small dents and minor indentations may happen this is normal, in this case, please note damage on ticket and accept the shipment. These small dents and flaws do not affect system operation and warranty. In the event of any damage, make sure you note on shipping bill or you will not be able to file a claim later.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR EQUIPMENT CAREFULLY
THIS MEANS REMOVING ALL BOX COVERS AND INSPECTING FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY HAVE OCCURED DURING SHIPPING.
Any Returns made after customer signs for equipment must be set up with Millian-Aire Ent.
Customers choosing to use their own shipment company will be responsible for any freight charges incurred.
A return authorization number must be obtained from Millian-Aire Ent. prior to return of any equipment.
If you accept the equipment or someone accepts the equipment for you and no inspection is made, even if damage is found later, you will not be able to file a claim after the fact. In this case, Millian-Aire Ent. will help you, and ship equipment at our discretion. We will not get involved with the shipper and you will have to file claim for hidden damage after the fact.
Shipments returned to Millian-Aire Ent. must be with a shipper selected by Millian-Aire Ent. If Millian-Aire Ent. arranges shipment, customer must use the bill of laden provided by Millian-Aire Ent. or the customer will be liable for any charges incurred as a result of setting up freight without consent of Millian-Aire Ent.
We will work with our customers to insure you are happy with your equipment.
Important Notice - Purchaser hereby acknowledges that federal law prohibits opening the refrigeration lines of any equipment purchase. A properly licensed person must handle the refrigerant contained in any unit/system. Purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper installation in accordance with applicable local code requirements.

Please note that all systems are guaranteed by the manufacturer. Any repair or replacement is made by them. Be sure to keep all guarantee information and a copy of your invoice as the manufacturers will require it should you need service.
Millian-Aire Ent. will honor the parts warranty offered by the manufacturer. We are a qualified dealer for all units we sell.
Cancellation - If you place an order and cancel it prior to equipment being shipped, we will refund your purchase price less a 5% processing, palletizing, restocking fee in the same method which payment was made.
Important: All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt.
Refunds are administered based on the condition of the returned items.
Products must be in the original packaging and must not have been installed.
Please note that refunds are made as follows:
If customer cancels order and the product has left Our Warehouse, customer is responsible for shipping charges for items to and from our warehouse, plus 6% credit card processing fee.
Customer changes mind before unit has left Our Warehouse - Customer is responsible for 6% credit card fee if refund issued by credit card, 3% if refund issued by company check.
If freight is being returned after it has been received by customer, customer will be responsible for any damage to freight at cost.
* 90% Refund - Opened box, items in working order, but product shows signs of wear. This includes any scratches or marks on product (screws or screw hole areas) wires bent or cut, etc.
* Variable or No Refund -Items missing, damaged, dirty, bent or not working or item appears to have been installed.
There is no return on special order items.
Any return on special order items will be at the discretion of Millian-Aire Ent. as these items cannot be returned to the supplier.
Millian-Aire Ent. will be as fair as possible in determining variable refunds.
If, though, the refund amount isn't acceptable to you, you have the option to pay a shipping charge and have the item sent back to you. If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost, and we will schedule and pay for return shipping.
For a shipping damage return, we will either refund you for the product cost plus shipping to and from your location, or send out a new product at no cost with free shipping. In either case, we must first receive the returned item before administering refunds or shipping out replacement products.
Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return. Equipment returns including furnaces, air handlers, condensing units and heat pumps will be charged shipping fees to and from your location.
For all other returns, original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
It is strongly recommended that you insure returned items. You are responsible for filing a shipping claim should a return item be lost or damaged in transit. We suggest using a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with tracking services and proof of delivery.
You will get a call from Dispatch the day of delivery to notify you and confirm a delivery time.
All other products must be returned unopened within 30 days of sale. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
